Working with Doreen was a dream.
My sister and I were responsible for selling my brother's home after he passed away in Green Valley. My sister lives in New York and i live in Washington DC. Doreen had the challenge of needing to communicate with 2 sellers. She was VERY responsible, from the very beginning! She found house cleaners and window washers, coordinated with them and the woman from the carpet store. She always communicated with both of us, whether by email or text or conference call. It took 4 months to sell the property, and during that time, she stayed in touch with us. We had to lower the price a few times, but she always let us take the lead in determining the new price. We were so lucky to meet her and to have her represent us. She also worked with our estate lawyer. She was very clear at explaining issues that came up and VERY quick at answering our questions. I can't imagine how the process could have gone any better!! THANK YOU DOREEN.

The most current experience we had with Doreen was especially challenging because of the slow down of the market due to increased interest rates and an uncertainty in the real estate market. We had moved out of state just prior to the listing of our house going live.
